The D’Addario Chromatic Pedal Tuner is a compact, easy to use pedal that fits great on your pedalboard.
The pedal comes with a battery, or you can use most any standard pedal power adapter that gives a 9V output and has tip negative. The pedal also comes with velcro and a rubber cushion, both have cut outs to give you access to the screws, which is a nice touch.
Again, the pedal itself is very narrow, measuring 1 7/8″ x 4 7/8″, so it’s actually easy to fit onto your pedal board. The input and outputs are on the side and there’s a power adapter jack on the top. Also on the side is a tiny button you can use if you’d like to calibrate to a frequency other than 440Hz (range = 415 – 475 Hz). The sides and bottom of the case are metal, while the top is plastic.
For more details and information, I created a video about this pedal:
Overall this is a small chromatic pedal tuner with a clear, bright display. Nice job, D’Addario!
